Delivery Timescales
All orders received through The Grand Cafe Shop are processed and, if the stock is available, despatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, your products will usually be with you in just a few days.
The size, weight and delivery location will have a bearing on the duration of transit.
How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders are either sent by 2nd class Royal Mail or for high value orders by courier (UK only) and should be with you in 3-5 days.
Lost packages
On rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our team [info@thegrandcafe.com] who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from The Grand Cafe Shop.
Track an order
If the item/s despatched exceed 2kg the order will be sent using Parcel Force 48 delivery. Should tracking information be provided to us, we will ensure we pass on any relevant codes.
