Whether for a lively party celebration or a discreet social function with your friends and business colleagues we offer the opportunity for you to entertain in the candlelit elegance of The Grand Café the site of the oldest coffee shop in England.

For an inclusive charge your guests will enjoy cocktail canapés and our wide range of cocktails, wines, teas and coffees and bar snacks.

 

The Grand Café Evening Charge is:
Monday Tuesday Wednesday £1,600.00
Thursday £2,100.00
Friday Saturday £2,600.00

Prices are exclusive of VAT.

The Evening Charge includes:-
Exclusive use of The Grand Café 7pm to 11pm
Cocktail canapes £19 per guest
Cocktails
Beers wines and spirits
Coffees and teas

Our Bar and waiting staff will provide a fast and friendly service throughout the evening to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable event for your guests.

We provide a wide range of suitable music or you can provide your own music for your evening on your iplayer or laptop

For your enjoyment we recommend that the maximum number of guests does not exceed 65.

The Evening Charge is a minimum and, at your discretion, a maximum payment.  All drinks and bar snacks are provided at our standard bar and café tariff.  If your guests eat and drink less than the value of the Evening Charge you will be responsible for payment of the balance up to the amount of the Evening Charge.   If your guests consume more than the value of the Evening Charge this will be added to your final account.  We are able to advise you throughout the evening of the amount being spent.
